Hey Coach Chris,

Just wanted to share how much Koen soaks what you teach about the importance of nutrition at The Togethership. He has always been an excellent eater, he’ll try any new food especially if he thinks he will help him “get big”. He comes home eager to try the recipes you share, Koen is always asking me to buy more chia seeds or some high protein ingredient so he can make something new. One of my personal favorite things he started making this year is protein balls.

He’s been asking me to talk to you about him taking creatine and now that he has the green light from me to take that supplement he is looking forward to bigger gains in the future. We’ve seen Koen grow a tremendous amount this past year and the excitement he has for eating healthy foods with loads of protein have no doubt supported his growth and elevated his performance on the field.

Chris Isner has been coaching and mentoring my son Jarod Sersansie at The Togethership for the past 2 years. As a nutritionist, Chris has changed my sons relationship with food. Young men and Teenagers find it is easy to reach for junk and not think about what your body needs. Chris takes a different approach to properly fuel a developing student athlete. The first noticeable result for my son was his mental clarity and energy levels. He was training several times a day at school then continuing on to practice, he seemed to be able to go forever. My son (although maturing) has gained 30 lbs in 2 years, Just this academic year until now (aug-feb) has dropped 7% body fat. He has found food he likes that aligns with his goals. He is able to be consistent and choose the right meals at the right time knowing how it will fuel him later. Most noticeable and rewarding change from a mothers perspective is the difference in my sons positive attitude and self image. Chris is not limited to nutrition. He continues to remind my son to recover, sleep, and hydrate.

Chris is a true example to our young men on AND off the field. We’ve all heard the phrase “we see ourselves by our intentions, others see us by our actions”. Chris coaches by example, He reflect what he teaches. We see Chris train himself before the sun is up, He reads and educates himself. He truly shines as a person, father and husband. I have witnessed Chris pull my son aside during a game or in the weight room and mentor Jarod as he would his own son. I truly believe on these specific occasions the outcome was changed because of Coach Chris. We are so grateful to have aligned with Chris. I strongly recommend Chris Isner as an excellent Coach, Nutritionist, Mentor and just a good person. I would be more than willing to provide additional information if needed.
