Knowing your food, especially as a child athlete, will prevent any health backslide regardless of your activity level.

WHO AM I?
I’m Chris Isner, a performance nutritionist, coach and speaker who specializes in sports, exercise, and nutrition. With an extreme focus on weight management and educating our youth on proper nutrition based on science. Focusing not only on the impact it has on our performance, but the lasting affect it will have on our lives.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Delaware, where I conducted research on sports nutrition and protein deficiency among athletes during pubescent years and I have continued my education in areas of holistic health and the psychology of food.
I have worked with Division I. II and III college athletes across the U.S, helping student-athletes build efficient eating habits and meal plans to support their athletic and academic career and have implemented sports nutrition plans for many professional athletes and organizations from the NFL, MLB & NHL to USA Women’s Rugby Olympian’s, marathon athletes, mma, and soccer players, and now we are making these programs and my experience available to you!
